Charming little and modern hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff at reception desk, everything was really good.

Convenient location with public parking right next to a cool art museum 🚗. the city center is nearby, and you have easy access to bus, train, and metro stations, as well as a bus station and supermarket.

The hotel's position was great, in centre of Palma. I usually went to Burger King to grab a bite.

The bed of mine was extremely hard.

The breakfast here is sensational and offers delicious local pastries, the location is awesome as it is conveniently situated near the bus station, supermarket, and car rental.

The standard queen room is attractive, we also enjoyed exceptionally good views. The setting is awesome and brilliant, near an attractive restaurant for breakfast-which at €12, will be delicious, can be vast and is an extremely environment to start the day, main train station, old town and shopping district and easy walk into town to shops.

The setting was quite excellent and absolutely perfect within easy reach of Plaza Espana.

The breakfast was reasonably good for what was on offer, with good coffee, orange juice and local pastries. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, it had a safe box, climate control, and soundproofing. Had absolutely perfect location near the station, next to Olivar Market.

Has excellent and beautiful setting.

I would stay here again and again for a weekend, really enjoyed it. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. The tapas restaurant is lovely, serves appetising dishes.

The breakfast at Palacio Avenida is sensational and great, at a 4-star level. the unit has a top-class decor and the staff at the reception desk are outstandingly accommodating. the hotel's location is particularly good, as it's only a 5-minute walk to Plaza Espana. the hotel is conveniently set near Soller, the bus station, and the shopping area.

I had the standard double room which was soundproof and high-class even with the aircon set at its coolest setting. The hotel had favourable location right by the main bus / train / metro station as well as centre of Palma, Mallorca. I often went to Burger King to pick up some food.

The units were exceptionally nice with a lovely view.

Very comfy bed in the standard double room. Pleasant view of the cathedral and out towards the marina. - Marvellous location situated right in the centre of the major bus routes, in the shopping area.

The hotel is fantastic and fairly clean, nestled in an amazing building with good view of the cathedral...

The pool area is great. the breakfast was satisfactory and included prosecco, local pastries, and omelets. - the rooms are attractive and wonderful, with large bathrooms. - the location is awesome - very central, right by the historic center and just a few steps away from Mercat.

The breakfast here was amazing! 🌟 There were so many choices of delicious food to pick from, and I absolutely loved it. Plus, the location was fantastic, super close to the city center.
